DS-5 does not contain Altera Baremetal GCC and linker

In my "Eclipse DS-5-> C Project" there is not Altera Baremetal GCC and linker. 

 is there any way to install it?

Maybe you should choose "makefile project" in the project type dialog.

I've got same problems. When i'm creating new project there is only one toolchain exist - ARM Compiler. I'm using quartus 13.1 & SoCEDS 13.1. Is there any solution exist?

Eclipse for DS-5 doesn't have a template for GCC. Only the ARM compiler (which isn't available in the free version). You need to make your own makefile to build your project.
