Difference between development kits for an app.

Hi all, 

First, I wanna ask about something in general. Can I use a NIOS II processor on a DSP dev.kit? 

 

Second, I have a certain application that includes the following elements: 

(ADCS, DACs, RF modules). Which is more suitable a DSP kit or a NIOS II dev. kit provided that I need to interface the previously mentioned elements ? 

 

Third, I was wondering if anyone has tried interfacing any of these elements, perhaps he/she can feedback me with his/her work, I would be really grateful.
