Disassembly View is empty

I am running with QII 10.1. When I enter debug mode, my disassembly view is empty. It does not show the disassembly. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get the view to actually be useful?

I get this too, also I get an empty register window too. What works for me is to exit and re-run Eclipse.
