What does that have to do with Quartus or Altera products? It is the second time you ask that question and those are your only contributions to the forum. If you are just trying to find an excuse to send a link to an external product your post will be deleted as spam.

Long Path Tool will let you easily delete, copy or 

 

rename long path files.

I would suggest to use Long Path Tool program. It resolves problem regarding source path too long.
