Hi,
I'm currently using the Flash Programmer included in the Nios II SBD Tools for Eclipse. When I try to generate and program flash files to my DE2-115 board from a .elf file (the code already works in 'Run' mode), I get error code 4: program failed at offset 0. I've seen a couple of other threads saying to set a flash offset of 0x20000, but this doesn't work when you're generating from .elf files. Any thoughts on this problem? -NLink Copied

Hello,
What Quartus version are you using? There's a link here to program from EPCS/EPCQ device using the Quartus programmer- https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/solutions/rd11192013_118.html- Mark as New
