Flash and cpu reset vector

Hi, 

I have a stratixIII dsp kit. 

 

I try to stock a SOPC builder design in the flash (32 Mbytes) with NIOS2 flash programmer but I don't succeed in. I have read something about the link between the "reset vector cpu" and the base address of the flash. 

Does Someone have an explication about it ?
