How to erase flash completly?

I use “Reprogramming the Flash Memory" to restore factory_recovery.But it plays 

 

 

 

NOTES: Restoring flash has not changed the network settings for your kit. 

However, if the factory program does not find valid network settings, 

the user will be automatically instructed as to how to reset them. 

Also, Restoring flash has not changed your \"User\" flash region. 

 

Thank you. How can I erase the "User" flash region.

If you run the memtest example software template, there's a "hidden" feature which should allow you to erase your entire flash device. Just type 'e' at the main menu (I believe, though it could be in one of the sub-menus.
