How to run uClinux on UP3 board?

I select the Microtronix Cyclone board for option of "Platform",and build the Kernel project successfully. 

On the next step of "building filesystem", as I select my ptf file,IDE show the warning: available memory space 0 k .(Flash on UP3 is 1M*16bit ) and IDE refuse to upload romfs.bin file.  Does anyone succeed to run UClinux on UP3?   What can I do for the problem?

The UP3 has very small sram , 1MB, and it is almost impossible for nios2 uClinux. 

You should get a dev board with 8M+ sdram to run uClinux.  You can play only HAL on UP3.
