LAN 91C111 interface

The LAN 91C111 interface provided in SOPC give signals with which the 91C111 can be used only in Asynchronous mode. The synchronous mode signals and few other signals listed below:

nCYCLE,nVLBUS,W/nR,nSRDY,nRDYRTN,nDATACS,nLDEV,nARDY,LCLK

are not provided by the available interface in SOPC. Though there is no pin assignment for these signals in the FPGA design. On Altera boards these mentioned 9 pins of 91C111 are connected to FPGA thus keeping them in High Z.

Ill be using EP2C5Q208 device and hence the custom board. I don't have pins

left to connect these unused pins of FPGA to these 9 pins of LAN 91C111.

I have 2 queries:

1> is Linux driver is available for 91C111. Is it available with Microtronicx uCLinux distribution?

2>So if keep these pins of 91C111 as No Connect or pull these pins up/down to deactivate them(and not connecting to FPGA pins)will there be any problem with using the existing driver?

OR

can anyone recommend what to do with these 9 pins?

Thanks and Regards
