Looking for nios II embedded system examples

hello, 

 

i'm looking for examples of embedded system based on a niosii processor, uclinux and avalon bus.. 

can you send me that, or interesting sites for beginner designers.

Altera sells a bunch of eval kits. I am using the EP1C12 board that I bought from Digikey for $295.

They also allow you to download a eval copy of their software for free.

You can do a lot of learning with the free software. But you can't do much without the hardware.
