Dear All,
Whenever I use NIOS-II, I download .sof file to FPGA and access the NIOS-II and download (run) to through NIOS II IDE. Is it possible to make NIOS-II keep my C code programmed in NIOS II IDE environment so that I do not need to run NIOS II IDE all the time? Thank you. JohnLink Copied

In the NIOS II IDE you can use Tools -> Flash programming to program the configuration and compiled C code into the device provided it has flash in the design (like EPCS).
