Need Code 4 Serial Commun using ucos-II

I am Vivek Gupta ,working as Project Associate at IIT Delhi INDIA.We are trying to implement Point to Point Protocol on ucos-II.We are able to see the output on Hyerterminal but we r trying to establish a serial communication between 2 PCs and also want to see output on second PC which was typed on first PC.

My humble request to all members that please help me regarding this and give me executable code for serial commnication using ucos-II.
