Nios Cygwin Make Problem

Hi, i am new at nios II development and it seems like i have some trouble building my projects. I saw that many people faced this problem, but i still needed to post this thread, because none of the suggested solutions worked for me. 

 I use Quartus 9.1 SP2,  Nios II 9.1 SP2 on a computer that runs Windows 7(32 bit)  - Software is the latest, i downloaded a few days ago  - I generated system with this version of software  - I don't have logitech camera(There aren't any logitech product on my computer)  - I don't use antivirus software  - I tried disabling firewall, windows defender and UAC  - And i tried using computer with administrator account  But child still dies. I get the same error:   make -s all includes 4 ?
