I know this is a long shot - but - could it be possible?
(i.e. I've stumbled across a series of .POF files in Windows Explorer - and would like to know their system IDs)Link Copied

I am going to go with a solid no. If you don't have the whole project and all the database files that were created when the sof/pof was created, you don't have a chance in hell of finding what the sys id or register value or pretty much anything(well, maybe some things, but nothing related to this topic and none that i know of, but theoritically i would assume there are some things you could reverse engineer to figure out) without first loading it to a device.
