Problem simulating with ModelSim

Hi,

I have the version of Quartus II9.1sp1 and ModelSim6.5.

I have read and follow the instructions of the AN351 and the simulation doesn't work properly. There are two problems: On one hand, the NIOS II doesn't execute the program that i have done in the NIOS II IDE. Past the first us of simulation the NIOS doesn't do anything. The sdram is working but appears to do the same thing until have pass 900us aprox, and then is also at idle state. On the other hand, the jtag_uart_drive sometimes does't work. It open and shut the window at the same time.

Someone have experienced some similar problem?

Thanks for your help.

Me too, the jtag_uart_drive terminal opened and shut the window at the same time, how should I do with it?

I 'solved' the problem using an older project, wich use a cycloneII instead of the cyclonIII.
