Quartus programmer problems

Hello,

I am using ByteBlaster MV parallel cable to program Altera FPGAs. Today, after Windows update installation (something about CD/DVD popup window) the Quartus programmer stopped working. The programmer says "No hardware" and when I try to add the hardware, it drop "internal error 82".

I had this error before, when Windows firewall was turned on, but now it is turned OFF. The hardware is OK, I have tested it on the other machine.

The jtagserver process is up and running, but if I try to stop and restart it, the popup comes out that it has started and immediately stopped because of nothing to do.

Tried possible solutions:

- Installing external programmer version 10.1sp1 - didn't help.

- Turning windows firewall on and off (also restoring default settings and then turning off) - didn't help.

- Installing old Quartus 5.1 programmer - didn't help.

Widnows XP SP3

Quartus Full version 10.1sp1
