Question about the size of filesystem.

Hello, 

 

When I creat the Filesystem Project, In the Target Filesystem Application Selection menu, there has two descriptions: 

 

Amount of memory used by selected package: xxxK 

Total amount of memory available: xxxK 

 

The second describes Total amout of memory. My flash is 4MB, but it displays 2048K. Why?

It may reserve 2M for kernel image. 

If you rebuild the applications into zflat format, your current 2M flash for applications should be enough.
