RTP in uClinux

hi~ I am working on my graduation paper, the topic is related to video transmission. 

I want to transmit the video data through RTP , but I am confused about how to use it.  

It seems uClinux-dist package has included a ortp lib, I wonder if it is possible to build the ortp lib in make menuconfig and then include <ortp/ortp.h> in the user program as it is written in the example program under /ortp/src/tests? 

 

Any one can help me? Thank you !
