Redirection with NiosII Web Server Demo Altera DE2

Hi, 

 

I'm came to the DE2 from a Netburner and Coldfire board where the web server was provided and allowed function calls like "RedirectSocket". But I'm trying to use the Web Server demo provided in the NiosII package. I have the demo working properly on a fast type processor and showing my own web page, however I now want to display a different page when the user submits a form (ie a redirect). Has anyone ever made a redirect for the web example code? I'm not sure how to proceed.
