Watchdog

Hi, 

 

 

I have a doual boot design where I would like to use the Watchdog to reconfigure the FPGA when the NIOS stops working.  

But my problem is that I do not really know how to use the watchdog component to trigger events external as internal!  

 

I have the remote-update component in my design and would like the watchtdog to trigger a reconfiguration, is this possible and how?
