cfi flash programming

 In cyclone iii   cfi 256mb flash numonyx    p33256tfe  16 bit  cfi flashh

i am converting .sof   file to  .flash file and  reading the data in file  and receiving  that  data from uart and writing it into the flash from addresss   ox20000  to 0x2814e7  which is in output file .map

but its not running on power up.

 

any addition boot programm  is required to add  while loading through uart  .

 

please reply anyone
