The nios forum should go Wiki way.
see,Wiki: What Is Wiki, http://wiki.org/wiki.cgi?whatiswiki (http://wiki.org/wiki.cgi?whatiswiki) We have many good posts on the forum. But the posting method is difficult to create organized documents, such as guide for newbie, design tips, trouble shooting etc. If we have Wiki here, we can support each others in a better way. We can write these doc together. The user guide from user groups will be different from that of factory. If we have subversion, the posted IP and software can be updated and tracked in a more timely way. http://subversion.tigris.org/ (http://subversion.tigris.org/) So let's say loudly to the head of the board, "WE WANT WIKI" . And, "WE WANT SUBVERSION", too. http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gifLink Copied

I agree with you hippo, this is the way to go.
If you need help with hosting, I can create a subdomain. For now, I think I am going to release patches on the original kernels when I have stable kernels. It's too hard to keep track of all the different drivers I am working on. So for 2.6.11, I will release patches that will work against the stock linux.org kernels. It will be easy for people to patch it then. If you would like to work on my SVN repository, let me know (http://via.dynalias.org). otherwise, we will have to find some space for it elsewhere. My domain doesn't have the capabilities to host it (fps-tech). J- Mark as New

--- Quote End --- They had been looking for Wiki service provider, and got one candidate. They are preparing the organization. So it won't take long. http://forum.niosforum.com/work2/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif Do you have any thought about Wiki? It is the great time to begin.

I think we need a few basic guides, like your buildroot guide cleaned up.. the EPCS guide I wrote... just in general, how to work with basic functionality in uClinux. And maybe some pointers to general linux info - a lot of people ask questions that can be answered with a basic knowledge of linux.
