is there any function for simulating the estimated nios processor energy of some algorithm in Quartus or other tool?

is there any function for simulating the estimated nios processor energy of some algorithm in Quartus or other tool?

If not, is it the only way to use jtag debugger for getting the nios energy consumption?

I don't know well, but I think the power play & analyzer tools are not for this...
