I take the BinaryToolchain for building kernel,when i take the step:
make vendor_hwselec SYSPTF=~/your_hardware_project/your_system.ptf I use the nios_0.ptf for DE2_NET project,and this file is in uClinux-dist dir Then i do as these: [nios@www uClinux-dist]$ make vendor_hwselect SYSPTF=nios_0.ptf But errors happend: make ARCH=nios2nommu -C vendors vendor_hwselect make[1]: Entering directory `/home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/vendors' make -C /home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/vendors/Altera/nios2nommu/. dir_v=/home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/vendors/Altera/nios2nommu/. -f /home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/vendors/vendors-common.mak vendor_hwselect make[2]: Entering directory `/home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/vendors/Altera/nios2nommu' make ARCH=nios2nommu CROSS_COMPILE=nios2-linux-uclibc- -C /home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/linux-2.6.x hwselect no emulation specific options. make[3]: Entering directory `/home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/linux-2.6.x' RUNNING hwselect ERROR: Could not open SYSTEM ptf file. make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/linux-2.6.x' make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/vendors/Altera/nios2nommu' make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/nios/download/uClinux-dist/vendors' what is wrong? thank you!!!Link Copied

You must give the path of the ptf. Put the ptf in uClinux-dist dir won't work, because it will cd to kernel dir.
eg, SYSPTF=~/your_de2_project/xxxx.ptf
