stand alone lwip with cyclone II

Hi friends, 

  I am using cyclone II EP2C8 Device with Nios V10.0. I am planing to use lwip stack but without any rtos support or without tse(triple speed ethernet) ip library. If you have any idea about how to create project with this package please guide me.

what's the point of using TCP/IP stack without using ethernet MAC?

I have my own logic to handle ethernet MAC. That's why i am not using tse. But I want to use lwip stack in my design.
