uClinux 1.3 and Nios-II 1.0

I recently had to revert back to Nios-II 1.0, and after reinstalling quartus 4.0sp1, Nios-II 1.0, and uClinux 1.3, I discovered that after creating a new kernel project in the Nios IDE.... the project had no "Configure Kernel" option! Has it moved somewhere with this change in setup? It seems like it used to be in the same spot, pre-1.3! Am I missing something, or is it really not backwards-compatible with Nios-II 1.0?

Thanks,

Hi,

Make sure that you are in the "Navigator" view in your Nios II IDE. If you are not, you won't see the Configure Kernel option in the context menu.

By default, the tabs to switch between "C/C++ Projects" view and "Navigator" view are in the lower left corner of the IDE.

Nathan,

I'm pretty sure that you have to go back to uClinux 1.2 as well.
