Install issue

I tried installing opencl r3 on my windows laptop and it failed due to being unable to install the debugger component (item 13 out 14). Then it rolled back all the installed components with a red colored final install image saying one components did not install properly and hence the install failed. I am running a windows 10 enterprise version of the OS. I even tried r2 version of opencl and it failed in a smiliar manner.

Could you send the log?  (Private message is OK)

Does install complete if you don't include the debugger?
