OpenCL SDK setup fails, Universal C Runtime is missing.

I'm trying to install intel_sdk_for_opencl_setup_6.1.0.1600.exe on Windows 8.1 64 bit.

However the setup says it wants https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226

I've installed the universal C runtime, the dlls are in system32 etc but the setup still believes it's not installed.

Windows updates lists KB2999226 in installed updates.

Are there any workaround?

thank you for the reply. The missing prerequisites dialog was probably because WMI was disabled on my machine. After enabling WMI the setup worked.

I'm facing exactly the same issue. Also I've no issues with WMI. Can anyone please help me with that?.
