你们好,
I5 7300的戴尔笔记本,之前英特尔® 驱动程序和支持助理一直用着好好的,昨天打开电脑提示我有个更新,点击更新后提示支持助理本身需要跟新,点击下载更新好后竟然提示我卸载,按步骤卸载后就怎么都不能正常扫描识别了,控制面板中已经卸载重装几次,还是不行,具体见附件截图,我感觉应该是支持助理有新版更新,但是新版存在严重BUG。

2. Restart and run the latest Intel® Driver & Support Assistant version 19.11.46.6

按照你这些步骤测试了一遍,还是不行,安装会卡在初始化那里,我觉得还是新版有问题,哪里可以下载到旧版,具体见附件截图

更加奇怪的是,因为卡在初始化那里,我取消安装了,过了一段时间,右下角却出现支持助理的图标,但是windows程序里又没有显示安装,具体见附件截图。

今年不知道是不是贸易摩擦,软件对中文支持容易出现问题,之前我用的AUTODESK公司的软件也是,我的系统上就是有问题,国外技术支持那边都是正常的。
