For utilization of a specific program I need constant clock speed. So I have to disable Speedstep and Turbo boost. However my processor has a huge difference between base clock and turbo (10710U) from 1,1Gz to 4,7 Gz. So it remains very slow.
Is it safe if I set base frequenzy higher?

Hello Dangatude,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
After checking your post I understand that you would like to increase the base frequency of your processor.
I need to inform you that this is a mobile processor, therefore, the processor does not has the capability to be overclocked or change frequencies. Only processors ending in “X” or “K” can be altered.
However, if you see an option in BIOS related to the frequencies of the processor, I would recommend to check with your computer manufacturer for guidance and further recommendations.
I hope this helps.
