Hey guys
I have a Lenovo Y700!!
Intel i7 6700 HQ
the problem is that whenever my laptop battery goes below 30% the processor rate is stuck at 0.75-0.78 Ghz!!
I have tried updating Bios , factory ressetting then updating windows ,going to settings and changing the max processor rate but nothing changed!
I even run hardware scans and it shows nothing!!
Please can anyone help me out!!

Windows 10? If so, look at Settings, System, Battery.

Thank you very much to Al Hill for the information provided previously.
Hi Pulkit_Valecha: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Graphics communities.
In order to try to fix the problem we can try to re-install the chipset driver, I looked for it but there are different versions for Y700, on the link below you will be able to download it:
https://support.lenovo.com/au/en/ https://support.lenovo.com/au/en/
If the problem remains after that then we recommend to get in contact with Lenovo directly for further technical or warranty assistance, they might have additional steps to try in order to resolve the problem:

Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto R
