I have a Dell Inspiron 15 of the 7000 series. It has an Intel Core i7 4510U with 16 GB of RAM and an Nvidia GT 750m with 2GB GDDR5 of specialized memory for video.
When I play games in high quality I get core temperatures of around 75ºC-80ºC. I play around 1 hour or 2 at most daily.
Will this temperature reduce the lifespan of my CPU considerably?

Hello JMRivero,
Please note that the temperature on your computer when running games is still normal and it can go up to 100c but more than that is considered as overheating.
The normal usage of the processor will decrease the processor lifespan but running at that temperature will not decrease faster the lifespan.
