Access to the memory-mapped register

I'm going to access those RW memory mapped register on Intel Xeon E5-2665 processor, but I need the base address for accessing PCIe extended configuration space. I have looked through the whole technical document but I can't find out the base address yet. I have to access those registers and do some testing. Could you let me know that base address or tell me how to find it out, please?
