HI We have manufactured few boards with xeon D1559, while testing we saw few boards having problem from de-asserting the reset, we saw that DDR PWRGOOD is not de-asserting causing the issue. and also the CPU FIVR fault is always high while powered up.
Please let us know what could be causing this issue.
We have verified the power sequence and found it was complying. can you suggest how to recover these board which has these FIVR fault.
