Keep in mind that you do not need to worry about cores temperature, you only need to pay attention to the CPU temperature itself.
In this particular case, the maximum recommended temperature for the i5-2400 is 72.6 degrees Celsius as showing here:
http://ark.intel.com/products/52207/Intel-Core-i5-2400-Processor-(6M-Cache-3_10-GHz) http://ark.intel.com/products/52207/Intel-Core-i5-2400-Processor-(6M-Cache-3_10-GHz)
So as long as the processor runs below that temperature, it will be running under thermal specifications.

But do you know where this CPUTIN/AUXTIN temperatures come from ?
In this link

Processeur (processor = CPU ?) is at 88C
whereas CPU Package and core temperatures seem to be ok...so I don't know which one is relevant (and why "processeur" is so high)
In that link

CPUtin and AUXtin are way too high. They seem to be linked to the motherboard (whereas in the above link, the problem was in the CPU section)
And in this one

Both CPU and AUX are problematic.
So I really don't know what to do with all of this except fear sthg is wrong and my system is gonna melt at any moment.....

The CPUTIN and AUXTIN readings are nothing to worry about. They are strange readings that some monitoring programs display, I have seen them before many times. I'm not sure where they come from, but they are always way to high or low, and have no true meaning. I asked about them in the forum of one hardware monitoring program's web site, and they were not sure what they were. I doubt very highly that anything is wrong with your PC.
