Cherry trail z8350

Hello. I have a problem with the memory card. I have a tablet (Chuwi hi10 plus) with a Cherry trail z8350 processor. Under Windows OS, Micro SD is not displayed. And I'm sure what the drivers did. Please tell me what to do.
