DDR5 functions only in DIMM3 and DIMM4

I have a i9 12900kf and "Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5"-ram (with two ramsticks) and my pc only boots corretly if the ram-modules are in DIMM3 and DIMM4(green arrows), otherwise it bootloops. The error code that gets outputted if I install the sticks in DIMM2 and DIMM4 implies that the ram stick in DIMM2 wasn´t found.

I would start with the motherboard manufactuirer and their bios before I tried to blame it on the processor.
