Hi, I have a problem with my PC for around 1 month. It started crashing while I was playing Valorant and sometimes had bluescreen. After formating my PC the problem still stayed the same until my friend told me to update my BIOS which resolved bluescreening but still Valorant can crash after ending a match. I had similar problems with Escape From Tarkov (mostly crashes, sometimes bluescreen connected to BattleEye), Garrys Mod, L4D2, Minecraft and also websites on browser, after refreshing it goes back to normal but its pretty often which is annoying. My PC is not overheating. I don't know if this problem is related to Intel 13k and 14k series processors which can be faulty. Sorry for any grammar mistakes.
I tried:
Formating PC
Reinstalling Vanguard
Memtest86 (0 errors)
sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth in cmd
My specs:
intel i7-14700KF
Gainward Ghost RTX 4060 Ti
B760M Steel Legend WiFi motherboard
NVMe Samsung SSD 980 M.2 drive
2x ADATA 16GB 5200MHz XPG Lancer DDR5 memory

Hello TonyMacaroni,
Thank you for posting in our communities.
May I know if you have already applied the Intel default settings to your system? Based on your post, it seems that the issue that you are experiencing is related to the 13th and 14th generation instability issues.
If not, please apply Intel Default Settings to your system and monitor it for one week. Then kindly update me with the result.
If yes, and the issue still persists, please let me know so we can proceed with our next step.
Best regards,
Carmona A.

Thank you for answering my question.
I had installed the newest BIOS update with CPU microcode to 0x12B which improves performance of CPU, but it didn't resolve my problem. I haven't found every setting included on Intel deafult settings table but I took photo of parameters that I changed. I will monitor the performance for a week (or two beacuse of winter holidays) and reach out to you with results.
Best regards and Merry Christmas.

Hello TonyMacaroni,
Thank you so much for the update.
I will patiently wait for your next update to me with regards to the result of the troubleshooting that you have performed.
By the way, you may also contact ASRock for further guidance on how to apply the Intel default settings since they are more knowledgeable than us with navigating their product settings.
Merry Christmas and advance happy New Year!
Best regards,
Carmona A.
