FC-PGA2 Processor Instead of FC-PGA?

I have this old Tyan Trinity 400 (model S1854) motherboard that has a Socket 370 and accepts processors in the FC-PGA package (i.e. Pentium III Coppermine processors).

A friend of mine has a Pentium III Tualatin processor that is in the FC-PGA2 package.

Since the only thing that distinguishes an FC-PGA from an FC-PGA2 processor is that the second one has an integrated heatsink (both have a 370-pin array), there should not be much of a problem in installing the Tualatin on the motherboard, right? The pinout of both kind of chips is the same, correct?

Or maybe there's more to it than I can imagine??
