Genshin Impact crashes

Hi, I have been playing Genshin Impact on my Windows 11 PC with the processor of Intel Core i5 14600K. It is my new build PC. But since last day my PC crashing a lot when playing the game. I dont understand what the reason behind this. So I am trying to find the answer from here.

Initially, I thought it might be an issue with the processor of CPU. But it is my new build PC, then how it is possible? Can anyone please give me suggestions as to why the PC crashes when playing the game?

But there is no crashing or any other issues when I generally work my PC.

No I was wrong. The issue is not related to the processor what I guess. I find out for what reason the game crashes with the help of this article. Actually the problem was happening due to enable the firewall and outdated graphics driver.

So after disabling the firewall and updating the graphics driver, I played the game for a long time and there were no crashes or freezes.
