Hi,
This morning, I woke up, started my PC, and few minute later, I encountered a BSOD with the error "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR." I restarted the system, but it crashed again three more times.
I then checked the BIOS configuration and received an alert indicating an issue with the CPU voltage settings. This is confusing because I haven’t overclocked my computer.
Next, I booted into safe mode. It seems that the BSOD doesn't occur in this mode, allowing me to run WhoCrashed. The tool found and analyzed three crash dumps, all pointing to "genuineintel.sys.":
It looks like there's something wrong with my CPU.
My PC is quite old—13 years—and I’ve already replaced the thermal paste once, few years ago. Could this be a temperature issue, or could it be something else since everything seems to work fine in safe mode?
CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz
OS: Windows 10, 10.0, version 2009, build: 19045 (x64)
Mother-board: P55A-UD4, Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
EDIT:
I was able to restart and launch the System Support Utility. I have attached the info_cpu_intel file to this message.
Additionally, I launched the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and successfully performed a stress test:
Here are the temperatures during the test:
For now, the PC is not crashing. Could the processor have an issue, or is it more likely that the motherboard is getting too old?
Thank you for your help.

"Could the processor have an issue"
Yes, it is 13-years old. It is also not supported by Windows 10.
It is time to upgrade your hardware.
