I've got all the parts to build myself a new system. But I've got 2 CPUs to choose from (E3200 and Core 2 Duo E6400). I've tried to figure out which is faster through some internet searches, but am having a hard time locating the answer. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.

Oddly it will be the E3200 but overclock the E6400 a bit and it will be better.

Comparing old and new with a 3 year gap when they were tested makes it hard so I just used this:
