According to ark.intel.com, Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2450 v2 supports the following memory:

Product Specifications > Memory > DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600

Regarding the memory support, it is recommended to check the supported memory for each server platform. I found the following information on the below document. It seems that you may need to use a specific part for this server:
