I will be upgrading my machine to be able to handle more VM and would like to know if an up to 64GB ram upgrade is feasible on this processor on a laptop.
I have seen some online people cranking the same laptop as mine up to 32GB but I would like to know if we can go even further with this architecture.
THey are stating that 16 GB is the max; but they are conservative about that figure. That is why i am asking directly here since their answers are vague.
As I mentioned, some users have been able crank the RAM up to 32GB.
The processor CAN support a max of 64gb. What the integrator/builder of the laptop supports is by their design. If they say 16gb, then that is the answer.
