MObon, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to check a few details about your system:
What is the model of the motherboard?
What is the model of the Intel® Processor?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?
Which Windows* version are you using?

MObon, Thank you very much for letting us know that information.
Could you please provide the brand and model of the PCI device that you are trying to install? Please provide the manufacturer of that product as well.

MObon, Thank you for your response.
A PCI device could be a Wireless card, a Graphics card or even a Sound card, there are different PCI devices and normally the drivers of those products are provided by the manufacturer of each of them.
For this specific scenario, in order to get the proper assistance and the proper driver for your PCI device, what we recommend to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the motherboard, to confirm if they have the proper driver for your platform and to verify what is the brand and model of the PCI product in your computer, they should be able to provide those details. I looked for the link for AMI support and I found one, hopefully, they will be able to further assist you in there:
