Hi I purchased a i5-7600K last month, out of curiosity I downloaded IPDT 64bit the test result failed on the CPU Freq test

i ran the the program as adim then reinstalled IPDT then i uninstalled Asus suite 3 and disabled XMP in bios and I still got the same results.

ive added the test results and info from the intel support utility

my system info is

motherboard asus H110M-R latest BIOS 4210

CPU i5 7600K

GPU RX 590

Memory Kingston DDRM4 8gb 2400mhz x2

Psu Riotoro Enigma 850w

OS windows 10 64bit build 19041

Well, it definitely looks like your clocks are locked down where they shouldn't be. Try resetting the BIOS configuration to defaults.
