Hi dear Team, Kindly sent courier people to collect the Faulty Processor for RMA # 04240933 . The Invoice and other related documents are ready with us.

That is not the way it works. You need to start a warranty return. Then, you mail the faulty processor, and you will get a replacement processor in the mail.
