High CPU Usage

Two days ago I suffered from high CPU usage and I wouldn't know why. So far I still suffer from it, can anyone help me? When I start google chrome it suddenly goes to 100% the same for other apps games for example I get 20fps while I first got more than 100.

CPU while i was typing this.. Please help

Some virus or chrome extension.

Do you know a good virus scanner because i already did a scan but found nothing.

Disable/remove your chrome extensions.

Run Malwarebytes to see if you have any viruses or pups.

Use task manager to disable unnecessary start up programs.

High cpu usage does not necessarily mean a problem with the cpu. It indicates it is being used. By what? - that is your job to figure out.
