Hi, I've had an Intel CPU for 1.5 years now, and lately, I’ve noticed a slight increase in its temperature. I decided to run some stress tests, and unfortunately, the temperatures during multicore tests are hitting around 97-100°C getting around 27k points every time(probably caused by thermal throttling). I have a 360mm AIO cooler.
I’ve already tried undervolting (even with a -0.005V preset, the test just crashes), dusting my PC multiple times, and resetting the BIOS settings to default, but nothing seems to help. The only thing I haven’t checked is the thermal paste, but I don’t think my i7 would need repasting after such a short period of time. I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore.

Can you try to tight the CPU cooler screws? Sometimes they get loose over the time
