Thanks for that Al, but I've looked at those datasheets before. But this isn't the full datasheet. A CPU as complicated as this will have several thousand pages to a datasheet. Those datasheets are missing a bunch of registers that I am interested in--one of them being the IIO_LLC_WAYS register.

Hi milosav2,
The information that Al <<a _jive_internal="true" href="http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/xeon/xeon-technical-resources.html" style="font-family: intel-clear, arial, helvetica, 'helvetica neue', verdana, sans-serif; color: # 0071c5;" target="_blank">Intel® Xeon® Processors Technical Resources> pointed out is the documentation that is publicly available, specific details on registers and other additional information may be restricted and could be considered confidential. If you are developing a product and you need this information for your project, I would recommend that you contact a Field Application Engineer in your region or a local Intel representative.
You may also try calling Intel Customer Support http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Contact Support and make reference to service ticket: 01556357 they would guide through the Customer Non Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) and please provide a business justification for this request and have them submitting this ticket to engineering. I cant promise they will get the details you need as the information may be considered "restricted".
I hope this helps,
Ronny G
